Exchange andRefund Policy
Thank you for choosing our products. Please note that we do not offer returnsor exchanges unless the product has a quality issue. For defective products, wewill provide a special exchange or refund process.
If you discover any quality issues or need an exchange within 7 days ofreceiving the product (calculated from the delivery date), please contact usvia WhatsApp at +852 6171 2811.
With our assistance, please bring the unopened product along with the originalinvoice to our Causeway Bay office to process the return or exchange.

Cases WhereReturns and Exchanges Are Not Provided:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
  • The product has been opened (unless the product is spoiled) or has been used more than 30%.
  • The product is damaged, improperly stored, or shows normal wear and tear due to personal reasons.
  • Quality issues caused by unauthorized repairs, misuse, negligence, abuse, accidents, modifications, improper installation, or if the product labels or anti-counterfeiting marks have been removed or altered.
  • The product packaging is incomplete, damaged, or lost.
  • Discounted or promotional products are not eligible for returns.
  • Items that are part of a gift, bundle sale, gift set, or set items.
  • The customer has a sensitivity reaction to the product.

AdditionalNotes:

  • During the return process, if the product is damaged or lost due to improper handling, the risk is borne by the buyer.
  • For returns and exchanges not due to quality issues, the shipping cost must be borne by the buyer.
  • When returning or exchanging, please ensure the product packaging is complete, including the original brand packaging, accessories, labels, instructions, and return the delivery note and courier receipt (if any).
  • Refunds for discounted items will be calculated based on the discounted price at the time of purchase.
  • If the order no longer meets the discount criteria after a return, the corresponding discount will be deducted, and other items will be calculated at the original price, with the difference to be paid.
  • Each order is limited to a one-time return or exchange process.
