Delivery Policy

Shipping Policy

Please make sure to provide the correct delivery address and phone number. If there are any errors, customers must contact the courier company directly to make changes.

Delivery Time: Shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days. If you need the items urgently, you can pick them up at our store during business hours. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping Details:Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days after the order is placed (excluding the day of order placement and public holidays).

Delivery Methods (Hong Kong):

(A) Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders over HKD $800 (under 1kg) to the following locations:

  1. Commercial buildings
  2. SF Express pickup points and lockers*
  3. Residential addresses
  4. Additional fees may apply for remote areas and some outlying islands.

(B) Paid Shipping
For orders under HKD $800, a shipping fee of $40 will be charged (for items under 1kg).

(C) Items Over 1kg
